The locum tenens physician will work in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Admissions are required, and temporary privileges are available. The facility accepts multiple providers, encouraging a collaborative healthcare approach. Call Schedule: One weekend per month to start Weekdays: 7 PM to 7 AM Weekends: 12-24 hour shifts, or longer if desired (max from Friday 5 PM to Monday 7 AM) Weekend mornings involve rounding on all patients by the call physician Beeper/phone call responsibilities with a call room in the Labor and Delivery area Coverage includes the ER and might involve occasional procedures such as D&C, management of ectopic pregnancies, emergent GYN surgery, and GYN readmits Certification Requirements: Board Certified: Yes Fellowship: Required Minimum Board Certification: Certified Licensing and Credentialing: Only bids from providers with active licenses in MO will be considered.
