Now we need a force multiplier for our CEO - someone who can operate across the entire business and make it run faster.What you'll do:This is not a \"manage the CEO's calendar\" Chief of Staff role. This is a build-and-execute role. You'll own the projects that don't fit neatly into a single function - organizing a fundraise, launching a new operational workflow, tightening internal systems, recruiting key hires, preparing investor materials. Wherever the biggest bottleneck is, that's where you'll be.Day to day, you'll move across sales operations, customer onboarding, data analysis, process design, and strategic planning. You'll turn raw metrics into clear narratives that drive decisions. You'll design systems that automate repetitive work and replace chaos with order. You'll unblock teammates, triage priorities, and make sure the company stays fast and focused.You'll work directly with our CEO and have visibility into every function. No task too small, no problem someone else's.What we're looking for:We don't care about your degree, your consulting pedigree, or whether you've held this title before. We care about how you operate.You're organized to the point where other people find it slightly intimidating.You see a broken process and fix it before anyone asks you to.You're comfortable with ambiguity - you can take a vague problem and turn it into a clear plan.You move fast, communicate clearly, and follow through on everything.You're analytical but not paralyzed by data - you make the call and adjust.You use AI tools daily to move faster - you produce the output of three people.If you've done ops, strategy, consulting, or chief of staff work before, great.
