As a Dental Scheduling Coordinator with our privately owned dental group, you are the voice, guide, and advocate for our patients from their very first call.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule dental appointments
Connect with new and existing patients in a warm, professional, and confident manner
Present dental services and treatment options clearly and compassionately
Use persuasive, ethical communication to convert inquiries into scheduled visits
Maintain accurate documentation in our dental scheduling systems
Collaborate with clinical and office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Scheduling, call center, or patient coordination experience (dental or medical preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with goal-driven environments and booking metrics
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
A positive, empathetic phone presence that patients immediately trust
Dental terminology and software experience is required
