Senior Electrical Designer

Job Description Genesis Technical is seeking an Electrical Designer for our client in Birmingham, AL . The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in heavy industrial projects and can perform design engineering in an EPC environment.Direct Hire, Contract to direct or Contract based on employee's preference.Requirements:At least 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical design with an emphasis on consulting engineeringKnowledgeable in the application of the National Electrical CodeRevit experience is a plusExperience on heavy industrial projectsDesign and check drawing installation packages consisting of single line diagrams, motor elementary diagrams, interconnection diagrams, power plans, cable schedules and lighting and grounding plans.Candidates will be working with multi-discipline teams and interacting with clients.Candidates will be advanced in leadership roles based on ability and work ethic.Company Description At Genesis, we love people.
