Job Title: Python Developer with GenAILocation: Edison, NJ, USJob Description:We are looking for a strong, hands-on Generative AI engineer who can quickly understand business requirements, explore solution options, and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) from ideation to implementation.The ideal candidate should have proven experience in:Building scalable and production-ready Generative AI solutionsAzure AI Foundry, including AI application development, model deployment, evaluation, and orchestrationNatural Language Query (NLQ) and conversational AI solutionsFastAPI-based application development and API integrationLangChain and LangGraph for agentic workflows and orchestrationLLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimizationEvaluating, benchmarking, and recommending alternative AI models and frameworks based on business needsRAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise AI solution patternsBeyond technical expertise, the candidate should proactively partner with the Product Lead (PL) and stakeholders to understand business requirements, gain a complete picture of the existing architecture, and identify opportunities for improvement.The expectation is that this individual will provide technical leadership to the team, propose alternative solution approaches, validate them through POCs, and guide architectural decisions by balancing scalability, performance, cost, and business value. The candidate should be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, driving innovation, and converting concepts into scalable enterprise-grade AI solutions.
