Pension Administrator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) located in Coral Springs, FL. The Qualified Plan Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering employee retirement plans, conducting detailed financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients for plan setup, maintenance, providing exceptional customer service, and advising on retirement planning strategies and employee benefits.Qualifications• Strong Analytical Skills, Finance, and Retirement Planning expertise• Self Motivated• Experience in managing Employee Benefits• Exceptional Customer Service skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site• At least 5 years of experience in related field• QPA Designation
