What You Will Be Doing:Your initial assignment will be working on a small agile team for a nationally known academic institution in their pursuit to construct best-in-class analytics. You will take existing visualizations and wrap them in a user-friendly analytics and reporting portal tailored to the institution's needs. The current environment is modern .NET, though we value well-rounded developers with experience across multiple technology stacks. Our team members grow quickly as we work together to solve challenging problems across industries, clients, and technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a user-friendly analytics and reporting portal for a nationally known academic institution.Wrap existing data visualizations into customized, intuitive web interfaces.Work within a modern .NET environment on a small, agile team.Collaborate using iterative delivery cycles to solve challenging technical problems.Maintain a high-quality, curious mindset to grow across multiple technology stacks.Required Skills & Experience4-6 years of professional full-stack .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6+) with a proven ability to build user-facing web applications.Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.Experience embedding analytics and data visualization concepts into web applications.Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.A curious mindset with a drive to remain a well-rounded software developer.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Blazor, or Vue.Familiarity with BI platforms and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.Prior experience working within higher education or academic institutions.Pay$98,000 — $140,000 per year.We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
