In this position, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our students to explore the wonders of science and prepare for a future filled with endless possibilities.Essential FunctionsPlan and deliver engaging and inclusive science lessons that align with state and district standards for each course, while promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry.Foster a classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and a love for science.Design and implement various assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, sharing insights into students' progress and achievements in the course.Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about education trends, teaching strategies, and curriculum enhancements in the content area.Maintain a safe classroom environment and adhere to safety guidelines and best practices.Note: The above description is illustrative of tasks and responsibilities.
