We are seeking experienced Process Engineers with strong backgrounds in Castings, CNC machining, and high-volume manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will support manufacturing process development, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for cast and machined components
Support CNC machining operations including process validation, tooling, cycle time reduction, and troubleshooting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, yield, throughput, and cost reduction
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to resolve production issues
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for process improvements
Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing ramp activities
Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards
Perform root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Experience in castings, CNC machining, and high-volume manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of manufacturing process development and optimization
Hands‑on experience with process troubleshooting and production support
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced production environments
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing industry experience
Experience with automation, tooling, fixtures, or GD&T
Knowledge of quality systems and process validation
