Production Worker

Role Overview As a Quality Auditor, you will oversee assembly line inspections to ensure all output aligns with established quality benchmarks. Required Competencies Demonstrate agility by learning new tasks quickly and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally. Operate independently with minimal oversight while contributing positively to team goals. Utilize fundamental math operations and perform accurate data entry. Perform physical movements including bending, stooping, and reaching at shoulder height throughout your shift. Handle objects weighing up to 25lbs periodically during the workday. Prerequisites Possess a GED or high school diploma. Bring at least six months of relevant training or work history, or a comparable mix of both. Interpret and execute complex instructions, such as safety protocols and operational manuals, to ensure workplace compliance. Maintain visual acuity of 20/40, with or without the use of corrective lenses. Maintain availability for a versatile schedule, including extended shifts, weekends, and holidays. Sustain high levels of focus and precision over extended periods to ensure product integrity.
