System Engineer

Nalu Federal is committed to delivering quality and excellence in every project we undertake. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a System Engineer located in Bethesda, MD. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support, administering various systems, and working collaboratively to develop efficient system designs that align with organizational needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to create and optimize complex systems.Strong experience in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support to identify and resolve issues.Expertise in System Administration to manage and maintain hardware, software, and network components.Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and adapt to dynamic challenges.Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in federal or defense environments is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, or other system administration certifications) are a plus.
