As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our apartment community, ensuring that all units are well-maintained and in optimal condition. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive approach to maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our residents.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including technicians and grounds persons.Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers.Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address any issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to property maintenance and safety.Oversee work performed by outside contractors.Capital Project Management & Renovation trackingMonitoring expenditures to stay within budgetRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in maintenance or facilities management is preferred.Proven experience in apartment maintenance, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.EPA Certification RequiredAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents.Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.On-call hours requiredBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceEligible for Quarterly BonusesIf you are a dedicated and experienced maintenance professionallooking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experienceand qualifications.
