Job Description:-Key Responsibilities• Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed discussions with client stakeholders to understand business needs, functional requirements, and integration points. • Product Fitment Analysis: Assess client requirements against product capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend configurations or customizations. • Process Mapping and Alignment-As Is and To Be • Implementation Planning & Backlog Management: Create and manage product implementation backlog, prioritize tasks, and align with project timelines. • Environment Setup & Configuration: Install and configure product components, set up workflows, business rules, and exception handling mechanisms. • Product Customization: Parameterize features, compliance checks, and operational rules within the product to meet client-specific needs. Integration: • Implement interfaces with client systems using APIs, messaging frameworks, and transformation tools. • Data Mapping & Migration: Prepare mapping templates, execute migration scripts, and validate data integrity post-migration. •Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing; troubleshoot defects and optimize configurations. • Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Manage cutover activities, monitor system performance, and resolve post-implementation issues.
