The Project Coordinator (PC) will serve as a point of contact for government customers on designated projects. The PC coordinates with program director, project manager developers, trainers, testers, network engineers, technical writers, etc., to rapidly coordinate the resources to respond to government communication and coordination needs.Responsibilities Effectively manage project management tools, and work with the project team to ensure task completion. Proactively work with a project team to communicate, drive, and monitor project tasking. In a timely fashion, organize, attend, and participate in project meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions. Enthusiastically undertake project tasks such as preparing necessary presentation materials and providing administrative support. Accurately create a project schedule and document level of effort details from relevant subject matter experts. Communicate effectively with government and external stakeholders. Participate in internal team and client meetings. Document activities and develop weekly and monthly documentation for client status meetings. Qualifications US citizen, or authorized to work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust background investigation. Proficiency in MS Office suites Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent related work experience 4 years relevant work experience Prior experience with Government contracts preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability and confidence to learn new skills and acquire content knowledge quickly and independently. The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations.
