Vendor Insurance Analyst

TITLE: Vendor Insurance AnalystTYPE: ContractLOCATION: Ambler, PAONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, onsite 3 days per weekSTART DATE: June 2026SHIFT: Monday - Friday, standard business hoursWe are seeking a Vendor Insurance Analyst to support insurance risk management activities by partnering with vendors, subcontractors, project teams, and internal departments across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for reviewing insurance documentation, evaluating compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining accurate records within company systems and tracking platforms.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Independently approve or reject insurance documentation based on policy analysis and established guidelines.Review, analyze, and interpret vendor and subcontractor insurance documentation and policies to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and written agreements.Evaluate insurance coverage related to vendor work activities and scope of services to determine compliance with company standards.Support insurance risk management activities for an assigned territory.Assist in resolving insurance documentation issues and follow up on outstanding compliance requirements as needed.Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external business partners.Maintain accurate information within company databases and software platforms used for tracking and monitoring insurance compliance activities.Partner with internal departments and project teams to ensure insurance-related guidelines and requirements are consistently followed.Communicate with project management teams, vendors, subcontractors, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders throughout the insurance review process.QUALIFICATIONS Experience reviewing and analyzing casualty and liability insurance coverages, preferably within construction-related environmentsAbility to work independently while also contributing within a team environmentAbility to build collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors, and insurance professionalsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work onsite three days per week, with additional onsite requirements depending on departmental needsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, risk management, or a related field preferredEOE STATEMENTWe are an equal opportunity employer.
