We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will execute targeted strategies to drive opportunities for new business growth with contractors in the construction and agriculture industries. Here are some of the responsibilities you can expect in this role:Job HighlightsHourly Rate: The equivalent of $7.0 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currencySchedule: Monday-Friday; 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Ontario TimeWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.Responsibilities• Qualify prospective customers over the phone and educate them on why the client is right for their business.• Respond to inbound customer emails, phone calls, and immediate requests.• You take the lead on helping the customer place the order with support from your teammates• Conduct verification process for each sale, gather supporting documentation and organize accordingly• Achieve monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution and close deals• Generate new business opportunities (calling, emailing contractors) to build your sales pipeline• Research and build new accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, etc.)Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or working experience• Experience in fast-paced customer service, inside sales or call center environment• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who can hit the ground running• Excellent written & verbal communication skills• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changing requirements as the business develops• Motivated by success and achieving company targets• Having a background in heavy equipment is not required – but motivated individuals who are interested in closing business is a must!• Experience prospecting and with CRM tools an asset• Some working knowledge of construction and/or agriculture would be considered an asset• Spanish language proficiency an assetIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobReminderApply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
