This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. As part of our international team, you will work closely with US-based clients to understand their requirements, translate designs into functional applications, and ensure optimal performance across devices. Although we are not currently hiring actively, we are building a talent pool for future opportunities. Your proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development best practices will be essential to your success in this role.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter. A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required. Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential, as you will interact directly with clients from the US. You should have a solid understanding of Dart programming, including asynchronous programming paradigms such as Future, Stream, and async/await. Deep knowledge of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and app lifecycle management is necessary. Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, authentication, and error handling is also required. Proficiency with version control systems like Git, including branching strategies and pull requests, is expected. Additionally, experience building pixel-perfect UI from design tools such as Figma, and deploying applications via Google Play Console and App Store Connect, is important. Knowledge of Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications will be advantageous.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional code, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across devices. Implementing and integrating RESTful APIs, handling data serialization, and managing authentication tokens will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for implementing push notifications, optimizing app performance, and ensuring smooth user experiences. Participating in code reviews, adhering to best practices, and maintaining version control workflows are vital. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, and assist in deploying applications to app stores.
