Job DescriptionFull Stack .NET Developer – C#, React, Azure/AWSOverview / SummaryWe are seeking a Software Engineer Level 2 with strong technical expertise to join a dynamic development team working onsite in Sacramento, CA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with C#, .NET, React, and modern development practices in hybrid infrastructure environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and React in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environmentsCollaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specificationsContribute to system architecture design with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainabilityBuild APIs, microservices, and front-end components for web applicationsEnsure seamless integration between front-end and back-end servicesWork with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud to design and deploy solutionsImplement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated deploymentsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and availabilityParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and code quality practicesStay current with technology trends and frameworks related to cloud and hybrid developmentWork with business applications across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud systemsCollaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain stable and secure application environmentsSupport application transitions from on-premises systems to cloud or hybrid architecturesEnsure governance and performance monitoring across environments and identify optimization opportunitiesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards including SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO, GDPR, and HIPAAWork with cybersecurity teams to address threats and vulnerabilitiesDevelop and implement procedures for audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plansDevelop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data managementImplement traceability and automated defect tracking/reporting processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NETExperience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworksExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google CloudExperience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deploymentsExperience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with version control systems such as GitExperience working within Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanProficiency building and maintaining systems in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environmentsFamiliarity with microservices architecture, scalable APIs, and distributed systemsStrong knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structuresStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools preferredKnowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB preferredExperience with hybrid cloud strategies and solutions preferredExperience collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders preferredMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer certification highly preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
