Our brand is built on creativity, top-tier customer service, and the joy of celebrating every moment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Community & Events Manager to lead all aspects E2E for event preparation and execution for lil sweet treat in LA.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent ExecutionCoordinate event logistics, including cart preparation, delivery, and staffing.Oversee on-site operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.Client CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for our sweet event clients from inquiry to completion.Provide professional guidance on event design, candy selections, and special requests.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.MUST HAVE 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management (retail or hospitality background preferred).SkillsStrong project management and organizational capabilities with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for unique, memorable customer experiences.
