The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers while actively contributing to code, architecture, and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applicationsArchitect and develop Java backend services (Java 8+/Spring Boot) and ReactJS-based front-end applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to define requirements and technical solutionsIntegrate applications with Azure cloud services ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalabilityOversee code quality through reviews, best practices, and design guidelinesManage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure timely delivery in an Agile environmentTroubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performanceRequired Skills & Experience:15+ years of professional software development experienceStrong leadership skills with experience leading multi-member development teamsHands-on expertise in:Java (Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs)ReactJS & modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworksAzure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps)Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Experience with SQL/NoSQL databasesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:Experience in finance or banking domainsExposure to DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
