This position ensures timely airport transfers, on property shuttles, and occasional support for daily club operations. Drivers represent the first and last impression of RCCC and are expected to deliver warm, efficient service that reflects our high hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Transportation & ServiceProvide safe, courteous transportation to and from airports, local destinations, and various property locationsWelcome and assist members and guests with luggage handling, vehicle entry/exit, and general inquiriesDeliver exceptional service through friendly engagement, professionalism, and strong communicationMaintain deep knowledge of ranch activities and offerings to answer questions and provide helpful recommendationsVehicle Operations & SafetyOperate RCCC vehicles including Sprinter Vans and SUVs in compliance with all safety regulationsConduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and fuel levelsReport mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately to managementFollow all traffic laws, transportation procedures, and RCCC driving standardsLogistics & CoordinationMonitor flight schedules, transportation manifests, and pick up/drop off times for accuracy and efficiencyCommunicate effectively with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Hospitality teams regarding guest movementsSupport on property transportation needs for special events, activities, and staff movement when requiredAdditional DutiesAssist with luggage transport, deliveries, and occasional administrative tasksMaintain a clean and professional vehicle environment at all times (interior and exterior)Support other club departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiencesRequirementsQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving recordValid CPR/First Aid certificate. Rock Creek will provide course informationPrevious professional driving, shuttle, or hospitality experience preferredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to safely operate vehicles of varying sizesComfortable working with minimal supervision and making sound decisionsProfessional appearance and demeanorPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds (luggage and equipment)Prolonged periods of driving and sitting; frequent bending, lifting, and movementAbility to navigate uneven terrain and work both indoors and outdoorsComfortable working in variable Montana weather, including heat, cold, rain, and windWorking EnvironmentFast paced hospitality setting with regular guest interactionOutdoor and indoor work environments with exposure to seasonal weather conditionsMust be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays
