Job DescriptionThe Staff Pad has partnered with Cadogan Tate, a global leader in fine art logistics, to hire an experienced and client-focused Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-value collections, prestigious clients, and complex logistics projects in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Cadogan Tate has been trusted for over 40 years by collectors, galleries, designers, and auction houses worldwide-delivering white-glove logistics services with precision, discretion, and care.What You'll DoAs an Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to clients while leading projects from initial consultation through completion.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsUnderstand client needs to deliver tailored logistics solutionsRepresent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry eventsProject & Operations LeadershipManage domestic and international shipments end-to-endCoordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, storage, finance)Oversee packing, transport, and installation of high-value itemsEnsure projects meet timelines, budgets, and service expectationsCompliance & DocumentationPrepare and manage customs and regulatory documentationEnsure compliance with import/export requirementsMaintain accurate inventories and shipping documentationFinancial ManagementDevelop quotes and invoices aligned with profitability targetsTrack project costs and marginsSupport revenue goals (monthly individual target: $80,000)Collaboration & Team SupportPartner with leadership on complex accountsMentor junior team membersCollaborate across national and international teamsBusiness DevelopmentGrow existing client accounts and identify new opportunitiesSupport marketing and client engagement initiativesContribute to pricing and service strategyWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of account management experience in fine art logistics, luxury services, design, or similar industriesExperience managing high-value client portfolios and complex projectsStrong understanding of logistics operations and project costingExcellent communication, organization, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Moveware or The Studio is a plus)Why This RoleWork with a globally respected leader in fine art logisticsExposure to high-profile clients and unique, high-value projectsCollaborative, team-driven environment with growth potentialOpportunity to make a direct impact on client experience and business success
