We focus on fostering a sense of belonging, purpose, and meaningful worship experiences for everyone.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a part-time on-site role located in Parker, CO. The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the complex church calendar as well as the daily operations of the church facilities, providing a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, developing relationships with groups that use the facility, and maintaining the church facility usage calendar. Additional duties include maintaining budgets for facility-related expenses and collaborating with staff and members to address facility-related needs.QualificationsExperience in coordinating items related to planning, scheduling, controlling, and directing functions.Ability to develop and administer budgets.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively and support diverse groups and individualsAbility to maintain confidentiality as appropriate and work within church vision, mission and values.High school diploma or equivalent
