As travel continues to evolve, our teams remain committed to delivering safe, high-quality experiences that customers can trust.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class guest experience while supporting sales and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesWarmly greet and engage guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide detailed menu knowledgeCreate a welcoming and memorable experience that leaves a lasting first and final impressionDemonstrate strong wine knowledge, including flavor profiles, pairings, and pricingIdentify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful upselling of wine flights, glasses, food pairings, and retail bottlesAccurately and efficiently process all point-of-sale transactionsBuild guest loyalty by delivering consistent, high-quality serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work environmentSupport all areas of the operation as needed, including seating, stocking, answering phones, and general upkeepCollaborate with team members and leadership to ensure operational excellenceAddress and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptlyMaintain current alcohol service certification and ensure responsible service at all timesWhat We're Looking ForPassion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiencesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest or knowledge in wine and food pairings (training provided)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support overall operationsCommitment to professionalism, service excellence, and brand standardsParadies Lagardre is an equal opportunity employer.
