Position will be a full-time 10 week internship starting June 22, 2026 through August 3, 2026. Licensed Interns will learn how to make cold calls, generate leads, and how to lease/sell commercial real estate. Unlicenced Interns will assist with market research and analysis, support leasing and sales activities. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks, maintaining property listings, and providing support for client presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry and learn from experienced industry professionals.QualificationsLicensed with the California Department of Real Estate or working towards their licenseSome knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate principlesFundamental understanding of Finance and related conceptsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant toolsCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred)Interest in developing skills and gaining experience in the commercial real estate industry
