Hand Finisher - 2nd ShiftJob Category: Production Requisition Number: HANDF001374 Posted: April 2, 2026 Full-Time On-site Phoenix, AZ 85044, USA DescriptionThis is a 2nd shift opportunity, Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am Duties & Responsibilities: Hand finish a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace and semiconductor industries Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, break edges, and deburr parts in preparation for further finishing Knowledge & Abilities: Proficient in the use of deburring and hand-finishing tools including right angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and air pens (manual and power) Knowledge and use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Lee plug installation tools Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required 03 years of hand finishing experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend English preferred Physical Requirements: Steady hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
