What You'll DoProvide high‐quality nursing care from admission through dischargeAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient careAdminister medications and treatments and monitor patient outcomesCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsEducate and support patients and familiesContribute to a positive, respectful, team‐oriented environmentPractice in alignment with hospital policies, MA Nurse Practice Act, and ANA standards Required QualificationsCurrent Massachusetts RN licenseBLS Certification requiredBSN preferredStrong communication, teamwork, and patient‐focused skillOne year medical/surgical experience required. Previous IV Therapy Team experience preferred. Excellent IV placement skills and management of central lines required. PICC placement preferred. Peripheral lab drawing experience required. Applicant Requirements: must possess exceptional vascular access skills;. Responsible for the placement of Peripheral IV's, the care, troubleshooting and maintenance of PIV and central lines for patients of all ages (pediatric to elderly) and phlebotomy support. Pay Range: $36.00 - $79.12This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
