Primary Responsibilities:Independently conduct virtual meetings with provider groups to review provider performance, and programs aimed at improving quality of care for Medicare Advantage members, with a specific focus on Star Ratings Part D measures.Develop and deliver meeting materials and visuals using internal resources, emphasizing strategies to improve medication adherence and drive performance outcomes.Build and maintain positive, long-term, consultative relationships with provider groups to support quality improvement initiatives.Collaborate closely with field teams to implement strategies that enhance Part D performance.Perform practice-specific pharmacy data analysis to identify opportunities for improved adherence to targeted medications; prepare and present reports using multiple data sources to track and communicate medication measure performance.Assess member-specific barriers to medication adherence and develop actionable plans to optimize adherence and therapeutic success.Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to providers to support clinical decision-making.Identify operational improvement opportunities where system modifications can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of chronic disease states and evolving pharmacy practices for adult and geriatric populations, serving as an authoritative resource on drug therapy and utilization.Perform other duties as assigned.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams):Word: Prepare reports, policy documents, and professional correspondence.Excel: Track metrics, analyze medication utilization, and manage productivity data using basic formulas.Outlook: Organize schedules, manage email communications, and coordinate meetings.PowerPoint: Develop and deliver presentations for staff education and clinical meetings.Teams: Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings, manage channels and chat features, and utilize presentation tools effectively. Ability to work with data management tools and basic spreadsheet formulas.Data Management: Skilled in using data management tools and applying basic spreadsheet formulas for analysis and reporting.Technology Adaptability: Comfortable learning and navigating pharmacy-related software platforms and clinical systems.
