Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Rep Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Rep in San Antonio, TX. This is a call center environment where you will be at a desk all day long. The environment can be loud and busy. Key skills include resource utilization, system navigation, understanding tool bars, organizing the desktop, and using multiple windows. You will navigate while talking to customers. The shift days/hours are for a 24-hour call center with schedules given before acceptance. You will work either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off.
