Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and familiarity with various POS systems. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment where hospitality and guest satisfaction are our top priorities. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and sales performance Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is advantageous Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality setting Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality.
