Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, individualized patient care.Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; delivering relationship-based, culturally competent, patient-centered care; partnering with patients and families to align care with their goals; coordinating safe, effective care delivery; participating in performance improvement and research activities; serving as a preceptor and mentor to promote a qualified workforce; supporting evidence-based practice and adhering to organizational policies and standards; and proactively planning across the care continuum.Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 1 year of direct patient care experience.
