Part-Time Podiatrist (Percentage-Based Compensation)

Location: South Miami, FL Schedule: Part-time, 16–28 hours per week Compensation: 35-40% of collections Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and caring podiatrist to work 2–4 days per week (16–28 hours). You’ll provide comprehensive podiatric care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. This position is strictly percentage-based (35%–40% of collections), allowing you to earn based on production with no salary cap. Ideal for someone seeking a flexible, growth-oriented role with potential for expansion and buy-in. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients' feet and lower extremities. Diagnose and treat a variety of podiatric conditions, including but not limited to diabetic foot care, sports injuries, and infections. Perform surgical procedures as needed. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding foot health, preventive care, and treatment options. Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine through continuous education and clinical research. Requirements Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice podiatry. New graduates welcome to apply! Experience with EHR systems. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to podiatry and general healthcare. Proficiency in performing basic life support (BLS) techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining excellent patient service. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred; familiarity with inpatient care is advantageous. Knowledge of relevant specialties such as endocrinology, cardiology, or orthopedics is beneficial. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
