Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office; 1 day working from home (option) Job Summary: The Global Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across multiple international regions, including MENAT, Europe, and APAC. This role partners closely with local HR, Finance, Government Relations, and regional payroll providers to ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and consistent application of standardized processes. Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Support end-to-end payroll processing hand in hand with country providers across multiple international regions, including MENAT, Europe, and APAC Coordinate payroll inputs, approvals, validations, and audits in partnership with local HR, Finance, and payroll vendors Ensure payroll processes align with local labor laws, statutory requirements, tax filings, and regulatory obligations for assigned countries Partner closely with the Government Relations Office and local country stakeholders to ensure smooth standardization of compliance practices, including required documentation, approvals, and statutory process consistency Maintain payroll documentation, internal controls, and SOX-aligned processes in a public company environment Work closely with Time & Attendance / Workforce Management team and field managers to validate time data, resolve exceptions, and ensure accurate payroll inputs Manage payroll inquiries and issue resolution with a professional, service-oriented approach Support payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting requirements in partnership with Finance Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting, audits, and internal reviews Support payroll system updates, process improvements, automation efforts, and standardization initiatives across regions Maintain strict confidentiality and data security for all employee payroll and personal data Education, Training, Experience: 5 to 7+ years of payroll experience, including international payroll exposure Demonstrate experience supporting payroll activities across MENAT, Europe, and APAC Experience working in a publicly traded company environment with strong controls and audit requirements Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, compliance requirements, and multi-country payroll coordination Proven ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones and cultures, including local in-country partners Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate across global and local teams Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple payroll calendars and deadlines Ability to work on-site 4 days per week with 1 remote day per week Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial environments Experience with payroll systems and related tools, including: UKG (preferred), Workforce Management / Time & Attendance tools, OneView (preferred) Experience working with third-party payroll providers across multiple countries Familiarity with payroll accounting processes, reconciliations, and GL alignment Experience supporting payroll implementations, upgrades, integrations, or global process transformation initiatives Prior experience partnering with Government Relations teams to support local compliance requirements and regulatory alignment Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
