Job Description Position SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Staffing Specialist to join our Mesa branch team. This role is responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified temporary and long-term workers while providing excellent customer service to both clients and job seekers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful work opportunities.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of light industrial and skilled labor positionsMatch qualified workers to client job orders based on skills, experience, and availabilityConduct in-person candidate check-ins and dispatch workers dailyMaintain accurate candidate records in company database and applicant tracking systemsBuild and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to placementAssist with job postings across multiple channels (job boards, social media, community outreach)Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment requirementsProvide 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis to handle urgent staffing needsSupport the Branch Manager with client communication, order fulfillment, and daily operationsEnsure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and safety standardsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service (staffing agency experience a plus)Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicant tracking systemsReliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and occasional weekendsPassion for helping people find work and succeedWhat We OfferCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities within a national staffing companyA team-oriented environment where your work makes a real differenceCompany DescriptionAt LaborMax Staffing, our vision is to provide unparalleled customer service, personalized support, and life-changing opportunities.
