Sanford Health - 409 East Neely Street - Responsibilities: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse; Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and feeding; Monitor and record vital signs and communicate changes to the charge nurse; Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques; Document resident interactions and participate in wellness and recreational programs
