B Shift Machine Operator / Assembler

Machine OperatorPeoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent leader in plastic bucket manufacturing, in Hamlet, IN, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team! Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr. with an increase to $18.00/hr. after 90 days Shift: 12-Hour Swing Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM CT) What You'll Do:Operate production machinery to manufacture plastic buckets. Assemble plastic buckets and related components. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety and production procedures. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. What You'll Bring:Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work a 12-hour swing shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM CT). Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
