About The JobPrimary duties include flower planting, weeding, mowing, watering, weed whipping, picking up litter, sweeping walks, mulching shrub beds, irrigation maintenance and installation, tree care and landscaping. Work is performed outside in prevailing weather.Landcare presents a beautiful, safe and accessible exterior environment to campus users throughout the year. As part of the FM team, we provide efficient, cost effective stewardship of natural and built campus assets.QualificationsMust have a valid driver's license, the demonstrated ability to perform repetitive action and lift/carry up to 25-30 lbs.Preferred Qualifications: Some experience in lawn care and plant maintenance is a plus.Pay And BenefitsPay Range: $15.75-$20.25 ; depending on education/qualifications/experience.Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications.
