They work with online sales channels and internal systems to ensure products are purchased, received, and made available efficiently. Their team operates remotely and collaborates closely across purchasing, marketplace, and leadership functions.About the Role:We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist who is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with numbers, forecasts, and multiple moving pieces. You’ll support product purchasing for resale, help ensure orders are placed on time, and collaborate with Andrew, Julian, and the broader team on approvals and inventory flow. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-literate, and able to manage time-sensitive decisions in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.You Will:Manage purchasing processes for resale productsAnalyze sales trends, forecasts, and product performance to support purchasing decisionsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure orders are placed on time and aligned with business needsTrack margins, percentages, and purchasing costs across productsCoordinate purchasing flow based on lead times, warehouse timing, and marketplace needsUse tools and internal systems to stay organized and manage multiple variables at onceLearn and adapt to the company’s internal purchasing processes through training and onboarding.About You:Your Background:3+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory-related rolesExperience purchasing products for resale is requiredStrong analytical skills and confidence working with ExcelUnderstanding of margins, percentages, forecasting, and inventory flowComfortable working with multiple systems and learning new toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote environmentSelf-driven and able to manage responsibilities with a high level of ownershipNice to Have:Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace environmentsFamiliarity with Amazon Seller CentralExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsExposure to Walmart or other marketplace platformsUnderstanding of marketplace operations, shipping timelines, and warehouse flowCompensation & Benefits:Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/monthBenefits:18 total days off structureCompany holidays includedHalf days for Christmas Eve and New Year’s EveEquipment upgrade support after 6 months of employmentRemote work flexibility
