The business operates across multiple divisions, including healthcare-related services and legacy manufacturing, creating a dynamic, multi-entity environment.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on Senior Accountant role focused heavily on revenue recognition and deferred revenue within a multi-entity structure.The individual will step in as a true process owner, supporting multiple divisions and helping bring structure to billing/revenue processes while owning key pieces of the close.Senior Accountant Responsibilities Own deferred revenue + revenue recognition (subscription/contract billing focus) Lead month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations Support billing systems, troubleshooting, and process improvements Partner cross-functionally with billing and operations Analyze contracts and align revenue recognition with financial reportingSenior Accountant Qualifications 4–7+ years of accounting experience Strong month-end close ownership Hands-on deferred revenue + accruals + reconciliations Experience with subscription billing / contract-based revenue preferredSenior Accountant Personality Fit Driver / self-starter, not someone who waits for direction Process owner mindset, takes accountability and runs with things Comfortable challenging the status quo and improving processes#ESOP #INMAY2026
