Lead Statistical Programmer

A company is looking for a Senior Statistical Programmer. Key Responsibilities Lead statistical programming activities for compounds and therapeutic areas Manage and mentor a team of statistical programmers, ensuring resource planning Develop and oversee SAS/R programs for ADaM datasets and TFL generation Required Qualifications MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of experience, or BS with 11+ years Minimum 2+ years of experience leading statistical programming teams Strong expertise in SAS and/or R programming Hands-on experience with ADaM, TFL, and CDISC standards Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and drug development
