Technical Trainer

Join Loxone - a global leader in intelligent building automation - and help shape the next generation of smart-home and smart-building professionals. We're expanding our US team and looking for a Technical Trainer who can teach with clarity, energize a room, and activate new partners to start real projects with confidence. As part of our growing US operation, you'll deliver both in-person and online training sessions from our Garnet Valley campus. You'll play a central role in helping electrical contractors, integrators, and builders become successful Loxone Partners.DutiesYour tasks:Deliver engaging training sessions lasting from 2-4 days.Teach installation, configuration, networking basics, and system design with clarity and confidence.Communicate the "Why" - building emotional connection with the brand and system.Integrate targeted sales arguments and motivation throughout training to stimulate early partner success.Create an environment where participants feel confident, excited, supported, and ready to start real projects.Collaborate with Partner Coaching, Education, and Marketing to ensure a consistent brand experience.Provide structured feedback to Sales Operations and Marketing to improve training content, tools, and materials.Support occasional special workshops and events.Your profile:Background in electrical, low-voltage, IT/networking, or building automation.Strong presenter with excellent communication and people skills.Ability to simplify complex topics and keep sessions interactive and fun.High energy, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly.Comfortable leading groups of 10-20 participants.Team player with a hands-on mindset.Willingness to travel occasionally, including a 3-week onboarding bootcamp in Austria.Our Benefits:Competitive salary ($65,000-$75,000 depending on experience) + bonusComprehensive onboarding, including Loxone BootcampModern workspace at our US HeadquartersHealth benefits, paid vacation, and holidaysEmployee product discountsStrong career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding US team
