Job Description Your Choice Health Care, LLC is currently looking for an RN Case Manager to join our team for the Ross County areaWhat you get (Benefits):Mon - Fri 8AM - 430PM (on-call might be required)Flexible Patient SchedulingCompany Car - personal use allowed (fuel, insurance and maintenace provided)Up too $6,240 Sign-on Bonus (Paid over the first year)$1,000 Referral BonusFull/part or casual employees needed (we will work around your schedule)Pay Per Visit - control what you earn!What we are looking for:Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.License to practice nursing in state of Ohio.Current drivers licensePass a BCI background check and drug screen.Good written and verbal communication skillsWhat you will be doing:Provide care and treatment in the patient's home.Some of the tasks required: wound care, IV therapy, disease teaching and management, telehealth, medication education and management, venipuncture skills, foley catheter care, assessments and care planning process.
