Technicians create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts. They are also responsible for tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and for turning in parts with core value. Technicians must also communicate updates to their Foreman daily and must maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe. Technicians perform tasks and possess skills noted below and have efficiency ratings of 85% or above.Responsibilities & Skills Assessment:We have 2 levels of technician roles available.B-Level Technician:Advanced diagnostics skillsComplete engine repairs within SRT timeComplex chassis repairs within SRT timeKnowledgeable on all vehicle component repairsHVACA-Level Technician:Proficient on all vehicle component repairsAble to diagnose all vehicle component failuresCompetent in root cause failure analysisVibration analysisAftertreatment repairsAftertreatment diagnosticsQualifications:High school diploma or the equivalentMechanical aptitudePositive attitudeDedication to ExcellenceMotivatedTeam OrientedDesire to SucceedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at timesMust be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and background checkWe're looking to hire and develop the best!
