Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / EMT / ParamedicPalm Coast, FloridaFull-Time$16-$21 per hourA leading healthcare provider is seeking experienced clinical professionals to deliver hands-on patient care in outpatient and community-based settings.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct patient triage and record vital signs• Administer injections, IV treatments, and medications• Perform diagnostic testing (EKG, glucose, labs)• Assist providers with procedures and patient care• Coordinate prescriptions and communicate with pharmacies• Support patient care across clinic and home settings• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocolsRequirements:• Active LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license/certification• BLS certification required (ACLS a plus)• 1+ year clinical experience preferredSkills:• Strong clinical and patient care skills• Ability to work in fast-paced environments• Excellent communication and teamwork• High attention to detail and patient safetyHands-on clinical role with strong demandOpportunity to work across diverse care environments
