Strong understanding of inventory management, scheduling, and cost controls
Proven ability to train, coach, and develop kitchen teams
Solid knowledge of Department of Health regulations and food safety practices
Highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededKitchen Manager Preferred Background & SkillsExperience managing BOH operations in a café or similar casual dining environmentKitchen Manager Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and schedule back-of-house team members for smooth operations
Oversee daily prep and service execution, ensuring consistency and quality

Analyze sales and labor data to drive operational efficiencies
