Administrative Assistant – Multifamily Property Management & Leasing Support
Machem is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant with experience in multifamily property management and leasing support. This role supports daily property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, and basic bookkeeping. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, bilingual, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to property management and leadership teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, prospects, and vendors
Assist with leasing activities: property tours, applications, move-ins/outs, renewals
Coordinate tenant requests, service appointments, and work orders
Perform basic bookkeeping: invoice processing, expense tracking, petty cash
Maintain organized records, files, and office operations
Qualifications:
2–3 years of administrative experience in multifamily property management or leasing preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software a plus
