Job Description We are seeking motivated Producers to help grow our client base and strengthen long‑term relationships. In this role, you will generate new business through proactive prospecting, expand coverage solutions for their clients, and retain accounts through consistent communication and renewal management.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild new client relationships through intentional outreach, networking, and referral development.Identify opportunities to expand coverage and deliver solutions across multiple lines of insurance.Maintain and defend a book of business through proactive communication and renewal oversight.Document activity accurately and follow defined sales processes and KPIs.What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and relationship‑building skills.Self‑motivation, organization, and willingness to learn.Ability to manage a sales pipeline and execute consistent activity.Sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
