We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting high-quality desserts while contributing to the growth and reputation of the C.Parks Brand.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Lead Chef to understand event needs, expectations, and menu details, creating desserts and baked goods that complement each experience.Prepare a wide variety of desserts, including cakes, cookies, breads, pastries, and specialty items, while managing high-volume production for events.Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and kitchen supplies.Ensure the highest standards of freshness, quality, and presentation in all pastry items.Uphold cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, ensuring full compliance with health and food safety regulations.Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in pastry, baking, or culinary roles within a restaurant, hotel, bakery, or similar environment.Proven experience preparing a wide range of baked goods from scratch, including cakes, pies, bars, cupcakes, and breakfast pastries.Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry development, and ingredient functionality.Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges.Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.Company Description"A heritage thriving on culinary innovation and excellence for over 34 years."Company Description"A heritage thriving on culinary innovation and excellence for over 34 years."
