The Food & Beverage Server creates exceptional experiences by combining strong menu knowledge, thoughtful service, and a commitment to ongoing member/guest engagement.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of professional dining service standards and procedures1-2 years of food and beverage service experience preferredRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESDeliver warm, professional service that reflects TPC Values and enhances the guest experienceGreet guests promptly, present menus, communicate specials, and take accurate food and beverage ordersServe food and beverages-including non-alcoholic and alcoholic offerings-in accordance with menu specifications, presentation standards, and TPC Brand StandardsMaintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations before, during, and after each shiftPerform assigned side work duties, including polishing, rolling silverware, restocking, and organizationOpen and maintain dining areas (dining room, grill, and pub), ensuring a clean, polished, and guest-ready atmosphereAccurately handle cash, credit card, and member charges; verify charges, authorizations, and account details per company policyMaintain accountability for daily par stock inventoryMonitor and attend to guest satisfaction and communicate concerns or service issues to leadership promptly and professionallyFollow all alcohol service guidelines (R.A.M./TIPS) and applicable State and Federal regulations; immediately report concerns related to guest intoxicationSet up and break down dining and service areas as needed to support daily operations and special eventsAssist with special projects and perform other duties as assignedRepresent PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties with professionalism and operate within all established guidelinesPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
