Mobile Cleaning Technician / Turnover Specialist (Travel Required)

Job Description: We are a growing contracting company seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians for residential and commercial turnover cleanings. This role involves travel to multiple job sites, attention to detail, and professional execution of cleaning scopes. This is not a casual cleaning role. You must be dependable, punctual, and capable of following a defined scope of work. Primary Responsibilities Include: Full unit turnover cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances) Window cleaning including frames, tracks, blinds, and shades Door cleaning including door hardware and fixtures Bathroom sanitation (toilets, tubs, showers, vanities, fixtures) Floor care (strip & wax VCT, clean tile, professionally clean carpet) Baseboards, vents, rails, stairways, and detailed surface cleaning Following written scopes and quality standards Traveling to job sites on time and prepared REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY): ✔ Reliable personal vehicle (MANDATORY) ✔ Valid driver’s license ✔ Ability to travel between job sites ✔ Smartphone (for job communication & check-ins) ✔ Ability to work independently or on a team ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Punctual and professional ✔ Ability to pass background check (if required) NOT A FIT IF: You do not have reliable transportation You struggle with punctuality You dislike detailed work You cannot follow a checklist or scope Preferred (Not Required): Prior cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience Floor care experience (strip & wax, carpet cleaning) Experience working in occupied or turnover units To Apply – REQUIRED SCREENING QUESTIONS: Please answer ALL questions when applying: Do you have a reliable personal vehicle you can use daily for work?
